December Round-up & Christmassy Goodness

Hope you all had a spectacular Christmas?  Ours was dreamy - I won't bore you with a blow-by blow festive blog post - I'm sure we've all seen enough of those, and I'm a little late for one anyway.  Safe to say we must have all been on the nice list because Santa left a whopping chunk of lovely presents, I cemented my domestic goddess status by pulling off a pretty fabulous feast for 7, and the Doctor Who special was so good, it actually made me do a little tear.  (I know, how very humany-wumaney.)

Anyway, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are a few thousand words about Christmas at Casa de Kooky:

Yep, fun times all round.

December as a whole was pretty great really - manically busy, so a bit of a blur, but yes, good.

As much fun as we had though, I must admit I'm pretty ready for everything to go back to normal - I miss knowing what day of the week it is without stopping to ponder.  And having a to-do list that's not in double figures.  Well, not often.  And a diet made of things other than pringles, chocolates and lots and lots of cheese.  And wine.

For now though, I'll continue to indulge - tis New Years Eve after all, and I have a hot date with my two favourite boys &  abottle of Pinot.
